Everyday plants for everyday ills - Display
Sunday, 4th May – 1st June 2008

This display takes a closer look at common plants and the common conditions they can treat.  It provides a more in depth look at a medicinal herb from which a well known pharmaceutical drug has been produced. The display also highlights how a plant has its own “personality”, similar to that of a persons and how this can be used to treat different conditions. It aims at providing a deeper understanding of how a medical herbalist practices and how they are trained and may answer some everyday questions you had about everyday herbs.
